Master of Computer Application( Lateral Entry )

Master of Computer Application (2-Year Full Time Programme)

The course is of 2 year duration only. Seats are open to BCA, BSc(IT/CS/CA), BSc(PCAM) etc. The students willing to take admission in this course must know basics of programming and computational techniques beforehand. Students need to appear in the UPSEE 2015 test. Only limited seats are open for direct admissions. But due to limited capacity, a majority of them were deprived of opportunity. It is the natural path for our growth as ECIMT is already running the MCA programme since 2003 with an intake of 60, and the programme is very well patronized by the public.
The Institute is envisioned as an Educational and Technical Hub engaged in research and development of upcoming technologies in the near future for which all the members of the ECIMT family are firmly committed.

The Faculty members of the Institute are all highly qualified and experienced, with some of the guest faculty from various Engineering Colleges and Universities, IIIT, NIT, etc. Various audio-visual aids in classrooms and laboratories are used by the faculty to deliver effective training to the students.

Course Curriculum:
The Course curriculum is designed to provide the students a solid conceptual foundations and an extensive focus on applications of these concepts to real life situations. The course content is a perfect blend of Computer Science and Information Technology. The Course Curriculum has recently been revised by U.P. Technical University.
